Miraolas - Llanes

This place is very clean and has a great location near many good bars, the bus station, and the harbor, making it an excellent stay in a lovely town.

Not best choice. Harbour outside under construction so not pretty. Town lively though at night.

We had a really great stay, the hotel was WELL PRICED, fairly clean, with wonderful location unable to locate the biking trail that ran along the coast. The service was exceptional, including a fast check-in.

The location of Miraolas in Llanes is wonderful, being close to the town center with plenty of affordable bars and restaurants nearby. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a TV. the beds were big and comfortable, offering a fantastic view of the harbor. the private parking provided exceptional service throughout my 7-day stay.

The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. A great asset. Good coffee and other drinks available in the bar. Close to town centre. Our bedroom was airy and bright and there was no noise at night.

Situation of hotel is not helped at present by building of new marina. Imagine it will be great when it is finished. Would recommend it as well priced hotel next summer! Would have preferred to have had wi-fi access in bedroom.

The room was quiet and bright with central heating, a work desk and a TV.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with excellent views; marvellous location on the harbour side.

The food here is really good, the service is top-notch, and you can enjoy a lovely view of the harbor. the bed in the double room is super comfy, and there's central heating to keep you warm. You also get a nice work desk and a TV 🌟.

The lady at reception is excellent. Within walking distance of nice swimming coves and the town centre.

The noise from the works in the harbour. The work continued until 2am and started again shortly after 8am. It's a shame about the harbour works as otherwise this is a nice hotel but don't stay here if you want to get some sleep.

Comfortable, clean and well placed for the facilities in Llanes. We extended our stay to 7 nights.Change the dates and length of stay in the comments below if you wish to publish.

Unfortunately during our stay there were major works in progress in the harbour creating a deal of noise.An irrelevant problem on completion!

The location of Miraolas was perfect, just a short walk into town and with free on-street parking available. Our room had a wonderful view of the harbor, and it was clean and modern. The staff, particularly the bar staff, were incredibly helpful and even brought our breakfast coffees to our room. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a hot room and limited wifi, we truly enjoyed our stay at this friendly hotel. I would recommend it.

The hotel overlooks the new harbour entrance, which is nearing completion. The fishing boats unload their catches opposite providing some interest and the new leisure marina is almost ready to receive boats. When it does, this hotel will be busier than ever we think. Hopefully prices do not creep up. As it is, the hotel provides a good value place to stay to explore the beaches, or indeed explore the Picos Europa mountains nearby (as we did on our motorbike). A welcome offer from reception was the immediate offer of secure parking for the bike in the underground garage, at no charge. Room was a good size, comfortable with the harbour view. Any work their can only be completed at low tide so is limited to midafternoon/early evening at moment, but it didn't disturb us at all. Breakfast was fine, and was included in the price,

The WiFi refused to allow guests to connect over the 2 nights we were there. Particularly frustrating was the (manager's) reaction, telling me several times that there was no problem as her iPhone 4 (isn't it nice) was connected ok. Not what I wanted to hear. And judging by the other guests I saw around the town using WiFi hotspots as we did, was driving business away from the hotel.....bizarre.

The rooms were huge and new-fashioned with a view kept by the affable staff. Central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel television were much appreciated. - the service was exceptional with parking outside.

The stay was excellent, a lovely welcoming place. Our room was spotless and airy with a great harbour view, which was just what we needed. the central heating, work desk, and multi-channel television were all good. the staff appeared really helpful.

We loved the well-lit rooms and the super friendly staff made us feel so welcome! 😊

This place offers great wi-fi, clean rooms with good bathrooms, tremendous staff who know their duties, and exceptional service overall.
